The recurring theme this week in the build-up to the Rugby World Cup final is that while the All Blacks are hot favourites, getting their hands on the Webb Ellis trophy will be anything but a formality.

France have made the final amid reports of a player revolt, losing two pool games, and scraping past Wales in the semi-finals.

They have a dangerous backline, and the All Blacks number eight Kieran Read believes their loose forwards as are good as any.

He says they've been defensively strong and they've got options in their lineout.
