The Chelsea football manager Andre Villas-Boas has given his backing to John Terry after allegations the defender racially abused Anton Ferdinand in Monday's Premier League defeat to Queens Park Rangers.
The England captain, who denies the claim, is waiting for the results of a police investigation, which was launched following a public complaint.
Ferdinand has yet to comment.
Villas-Boas says as far as he's concerned the matter is now over.
