The manager of English premier league football side Tottenham Hotspur Harry Redknapp is to go on trial in London, charged with tax evasion.
The 64-year-old Redknapp, who's favourite to become the next England manager, is currently recovering from minor heart surgery and isn't expected to return to work at the Premier League club until at least the end of the month.
The charges against Redknapp relate to payments totalling $375,000 he received from his former club Portsmouth via a bank account in Monaco between 2002 and 2007 that are alleged to have evaded tax and national insurance contributions.
Redknapp denies the charges.
