The chasing pack in the Volvo Round the World Yacht Race are beginning to close the distance between it and race leader Groupama of France.
The French boat still holds a 93-mile lead over Puma with Telefonica of Spain 118 miles further back and Team New Zealand's Camper still fourth, 176 miles off the pace.
