The Black Caps senior pace bowler Chris Martin believes Australia's recent Test struggles and the Black Caps poor form in Australia are both motivating factors for the New Zealanders going into the two-Test series starting tomorrow week in Brisbane.
While Australia did well to draw their two-match series with South Africa this week, Michael Clarke's team has won just two of its nine Tests in the past year.
New Zealand haven't won a Test in Australia for 26 years, and their last win in New Zealand against Australia was in 1993.
Even so Martin says they fancy their chances.
