Nadal remains upbeat despite big loss to Federer

The world tennis number two Rafa Nadal is refusing to be too downcast after one of his worst career losses, saying he's still in contenton for the ATP World Tour Finals title.

Nadal was thrashed 6-3 6-0 by longtime rival Roger Federer and must now beat Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga on Friday to to reach the semi-finals of a tournament he has never won.

Nadal who had won 17 of their previous 25 encounters congratulated Federer saying he played well but says he will remain positive and won't give up on reaching the top four.
