The British police have passed on to prosecutors their file on the Chelsea and England football captain John Terry, who's been accused of racially abusing the the Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand.
The Crown Prosecution Service will consider if there is enough evidence to bring charges against 30-year-old Terry who has denied making the alleged comments during a stormy match between the rival west London clubs in October,
Terry insists that he regarded the incident closed after he had spoken to Ferdinand in the dressing room following the game.
