The Central Coast Mariners have thrashed Adelaide United 4-0, handing the Reds their worst ever home A-League football loss.
Classy New Zealand midfielder Michael McGlinchey set up three of the four goals as Adelaide crashed to their biggest home loss - eclipsing a 4-1 defeat by Sydney FC in 2006 - to be second last on the ladder with just two wins.
The visitors' goals were cared by Rostyn Griffiths, Patrick Zwaanswijk, Bernie Ibini-Isei and Mustafa Amini.
The win cements the Mariners in second-place on the A-League ladder.
