Formula One's 2012 calendar has been approved unchanged despite previous uncertainty about races in Bahrain and the United States.
Organisers of a new grand prix in Texas reached a deal with commercial supremo Bernie Ecclestone yesterday, after construction work on the new circuit was halted last month amid wrangling over fees due to Ecclestone.
And the Bahrain grand prix, which had to be cancelled this year due to civil unrest, has also been given the green light.
Another US Grand Prix is scheduled for a street circuit in New Jersey in 2013.
