Striker Paul Ifill has become the Wellington Phoenix leading scorer in helping in his side to a two-nil win over defending champions Brisbane, in their A League match in Dunedin last night.
Ifill scored the side's opening goal to take his tally to 22 for the club surpassing All Whites striker Shane Smeltz.
However Ifill who's only recently returned from injury is likely to miss this weekend's match against the Melbourne Victory, forced come off late in the match with a groin injury.
Nick Ward scored the side's other goal.
The win moves the Phoenix up to fourth on the A League ladder.
