Spanish football's all-time leading goal scorer David Villa will be on his way as soon as possible after breaking his leg during Barcelona's 4-nil semi-final win at the Club World Cup in Japan.
Villa fell awkwardly in the first half of the match and he was rushed to hospital in Yokohama.
It's Villa's first injury since he joined Barcelona from Valencia last year.
Spain's coach Vicente del Bosque will sorely miss Villa ahead of the defence of their title at Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine.
