The Tigers snapped their four-game losing streak with an entertaining 93-80 win over the Townsville Crocodiles in last night's Australian National Basketball League clash in Melbourne.
In a game of ebbs and flows, the Tigers led by as many as 17 points in the third quarter but had to withstand a spirited fight back by the Crocs to move into the top four.
Cameron Tragardh led the Tigers with 19 points to win his battle against ex-NBA centre Luke Schenscher, who finished with 11 for the Crocodiles.
The Tigers are now in third place on the ladder with the Crocs fifth.
