Brownlie dismisses any thought of complacency ahead of Zimbabwe test

The New Zealand batsman Dean Brownlie says there'll be no complacency among the Black Caps when they begin the one off cricket test against Zimbabwe in Napier on Thursday.

It's almost two month since the side's last test outing, an historic win over Australia in Hobart.

Prior to that drawn series, they beat Zimbabwe in a one off test in Bulawayo.

Brownlie's been impressive in his three tests so far averaging over 50 and has bolstered a New Zealand batting order that's often been criticised for capitualing too easily.

However the Canterbury player doesn't believe others in the side need to follow his approach.

Brownlie says he doesn't have the shots the like of Ross Taylor and Brendon McCullum do and so he plays his own way.
