Taylor century guides Black Caps on opening day of Zimbabwe test

The New Zealand cricket captain Ross Taylor has led from the front bringing up his sixth test century to guide the Black Caps to 331 for five at stumps, after the opening day of the one off test against Zimbabwe in Napier.

Taylor's unbeaten on 112, along with BJ Watling who's on 15.

Zimbabwe won the toss and opted to bowl, with Brendon McCullum and Martin Guptill putting on 124 for the first wicket before Guptill was out for 51.

McCullum went on to make 83, while Dan Vettori was the only other batsman to reach double figures with 38.
