The New Zealand freestyle skier Jossi Wells has won a bronze medal at the X Games in Aspen in Colorado, finishing third in the Big Air competition.
He finished just one point behind second-placed Kai Mahler of Switzerland and comes after Wells had two disappointing results in earlier events failing to get past the elimination rounds of the Slopestyle and Superpipe events.
Wells has won two silver medals at previous X Games.
