Schleck set to win first Tour de France title but he's not happy

Almost two years after the event the Luxembourg cyclist Andy Schleck is set to win his first Tour de France title and he's not happy about it.

Three time winner Alberto Contador of Spain is to be stripped of this 2010 Tour title after the Court of Arbitration for Sport suspended him for two years, following a positive test for the banned anabolic agent clenbuterol.

Contador argued the positive test was the result of eating contaminated meat and Schleck says he believes the Contador is innocent.

Schleck says his goal is to win the Tour de France in a sporting way and not in court.

He says if he wins the event this year he'll consider it his first victory.

Contador has 30 days to lodge an appeal.
