A seven-bedroom house in London's exclusive Mayfair district will likely set a British rent record during the Olympic Games later this year.
The house has a floor space equivalent to three and a half tennis courts spread over three floors, and it includes a swimming pool, cinema and seven bathrooms.
Rent for the month is £433,000 (NZ$812,000) or £100,000 (NZ$190,000) for a week.
