Roger Federer has opened his account for 2012 in style with a 6-1 6-4 win over Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro in the final of the Rotterdam Open.
It's Federer's 71st career title, and he's assured himself of a 12th consective year in which he's won at least one ATP title.
