The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Scott Parker will captain England in their friendly football international against the Netherlands at Wembley.
It's a surprise decision by caretaker manager Stuart Pearce as 31 year old Parker has been capped just 10 times since his debut in 2003.
But his career has flourished in the last year and he featured in seven of England's games in 2011.
