The family of a man killed in a stampede of holiday shoppers has filed a lawsuit for wrongful death against the retail giant, Wal-Mart.
Jdimytai Damour, 34, was knocked to the ground and trampled to death last Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and the busiest shopping day of the year in the United States.
The incident happened at a Wal Mart branch on Long Island, New York, where he was doing security as an independent contractor.
In papers filed in court, Mr Damour's family, who're claiming an unspecified amount, say his death was caused by negligence.
