Somali pirates have freed a Japanese tanker and its crew of 23 Filipinos after holding them for five months.
The owner of the ship said securing the release was "difficult and protracted".
The BBC reports the Stolt Strength was seized in November 2008 while en route from Senegal to India. It was carrying a cargo of phosphoric acid.
Sagana Shipping declined to say whether any ransom was paid for Tuesday morning's release.
