More than 50 children at a primary school in Victoria are in quarantine for the next six days after three boys from one family were diagnosed with swine flu.

They were diagnosed in Melbourne on Wednesday after returning from holiday in the United States.

The ABC reports classes have been cancelled for all other students and the school is closed on Thursday and Friday.

Australia on Thursday confirmed its sixth case of H1N1. A Mexican woman visitor has tested positive to the virus.
