The Australian owner of the BNZ will cancel its listing on the stock exchange from Thursday.
With increased globalisation, National Australia Bank says it does not need separate listings and the move will simplify reporting requirements.
It has already cancelled listings on the Tokyo, London and New York stock exchanges.
