Three Qantas cabin crew have been taken to hospital in Australia after they were affected by fumes during a domestic flight.

Paramedics treated the three after their flight from Perth landed in Melbourne at about 7pm (AEST) on Tuesday.

Ambulance staff say they were suffering nausea and stinging eyes. The ABC reports all are in a stable condition.

Qantas says they started feeling ill about 20 minutes before the flight landed, and noticed some fumes in the cabin.

Engineers are inspecting the Boeing 767 to try to find the source.
