Five more companies associated with Christchurch property developer Dave Henderson have been placed in receivership.
They include Livingspace Properties Ltd, which operates apartments in Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargill.
A spokesperson for the receivers, Grant Thornton Ltd, says it will take some time to get to grips with the financial position of the companies.
In the meantime, the receivers will continue to operate the Livingspace businesses and honour bookings.
Three companies which operate Mr Henderson's Hotel So, were placed in receivership on Thursday.
Other Henderson companies already in receivership, include Five Mile Holdings and Property Ventures Limited, which are associated with the failed Five Mile development near Queenstown.
