Wellington police have named the man found dead in a cinema seat after a screening of the new Twilight movie.
He was Anthony Damien Smythe, 23, who had been living in Wellington since May .
He was found at Reading Cinemas on Courtenay Place on Sunday night.
Detective Senior Sergeant Scott Miller says a post mortem conducted on Tuesday showed there were no suspicious circumstances regarding his death, but police will continue to investigate on behalf of the coroner who will determine the cause at a future inquest.
