Puppies leaflet released in hunt for Feilding killer

Police have released a copy of the leaflet advertising the puppies that were being offered for sale by Feilding farmer Scott Guy and his wife Kylee.

Police revealed on Wednesday that three of the chocolate-brown Labrador puppies were missing on the day Mr Guy was killed on his property in Aorangi Road almost two weeks ago.

They are investigating whether the theft is linked to Mr Guy's shooting, and have appealed for information about their whereabouts.

The head of the police inquiry, Detective Inspector Sue Schwalger, says the dogs were last seen in the early evening the day before Mr Guy was killed.

The puppies were kept in an outbuilding about 80 metres from where he was shot.
