Two names are so far in the frame to stand for the Labour Party in the Tamaki Makaurau electorate.
Nominations have been received from teacher Will Flavell and broadcaster Shane Taurima.

Mr Taurima resigned as general manager of the Maori and Pacific Unit at TVNZ when it was revealed some staff had used the channel's offices and resources to host Labour Party meetings.
At the weekend, the Maori Party named Rangi McLean as its Tamaki Makaurau candidate.
