Police are yet to contact Hone Harawira over shots being fired at the party's Kaitaia office - and the Mana Party leader isn't happy about it, saying he's worried about staff safety.
Mr Harawira said two shots were fired through the front window on Thursday night last week and his staff reported it to police.
But Mr Harawira said neither police nor Parliamentary Security had been in touch with him since the incident.
He wanted Parliamentary Security to put strengthened glass in the office windows as he was concerned about the safety of Mana staff, as well as people who visited the office.
Mr Harawira said it was worrying people were firing shots at one of his offices when there was a high likelihood that some of his staff were still working there.
He regularly received threats and had had death threats via Facebook and emails but this was the first time people had fired shots at one of his offices.
Far North Detective Senior Sergeant Rhys Johnston said Mr Harawira was welcome to contact police if he has any concerns over the investigation.
Police went to the office within an hour of the incident being reported, and visited the staff member who reported it that evening.
It was one of four incidents of wilful damage which occurred in Kaitaia that night, with three involving windows being damaged.
