A third person from the Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco airport died in hospital on Friday.
Doctors at San Francisco General Hospital said the girl, a Chinese national, had been in critical condition since the crash last Saturday.
Two teenage girls from China died in the crash landing of a Boeing 777. They were visiting the United States to attend summer camp with a group of schoolmates.
Both fell out of the plane during the crash and one was run over by a fire truck.
The Chinese Consulate in San Francisco has confirmed that the latest death was also that of a Chinese national.
More than 180 other people were injured
