Three more United States Secret Service employees are resigning over a scandal in Colombia involving prostitutes last weekend.
Eleven Secret Service agents were sent home and five military servicemen grounded over accusations of misconduct in a hotel during the Summit of the Americas in Cartagena.
The scandal broke when a dispute occurred between an escort and an agent in the hallway of a beachfront hotel.
The BBC reports up to 20 women were involved in the antics.
One told the New York Times on Wednesday that an agent had agreed to pay her $US800 for sex, but offered her only $US30 the next morning.
The scandal has threatened to eclipse a visit by President Barack Obama to Latin America.
