Flood toll rising

The death toll from weekend flash flooding in Nepal has reached 17.
Nearly 50 people, including three Ukranian tourists, are missing and presumed dead.
The flooding was triggered by an avalanche that blocked the Seti River about 200km northwest of the capital, Katmandu.
