A wildfire on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain is now reported to be under control.
The BBC reports some people who had fled their homes have now been able to return.
The fire started on Thursday afternoon in the Sierra Negra area of Coin, near Malaga and burned about 1000 hectares (2,471 acres).
There have also been wildfires near the Pyrenees in northern Catalonia and on La Gomera, in the Canary Islands.
