Presidential candidates Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will meet in their third and final debate on Monday night. The United States goes to the polls on 6 November.
The event in Florida is expected to draw 60 million television viewers. Bob Schieffer of CBS News will be the moderator.
Starting at 9pm EDT, the 90 minute debate will focus on foreign policy and is likely to feature Iran and Libya, as well as terrorism and the wars in Afghanistan and Syria.
The latest NBC poll puts the two men in a dead heat, with 47% support each.
Radio New Zealand's US correspondent said Mr Obama needs to turn his performance around.
