More than 50 people have been injured, eight critically, in a pileup of up to 100 vehicles on a highway in Texas.
Officials said there was heavy fog in the area at the time, Reuters reports.
The crash, in the eastbound lane of Interstate 10 near Beaumont , closed the highway in both directions on Thursday.
Millions of Americans are on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday.
