A newspaper reporter in Sri Lanka has been shot by a group of unidentified men at his home near the capital, Colombo.
Faraz Shauketaly, 52, of the Sunday Leader said he was shot in the neck by three men on Friday evening.
He was taken to hospital where doctors in intensive care pronounced him out of danger.
Four years ago, Sunday Leader editor Lasantha Wickrematunge was shot dead by a group of masked men on motorbikes.
