A man who survived a bout of grappa poisoning that killed three men in Queensland, is now out of hospital.

Joel Lynam, 21, Bryan Wilmot, 30, and Vincent Summers, 21, died in hospital from suspected poisoning, after drinking grappa on a property at Ballandean at Queen's Birthday weekend.

Joshua Lynam, 26 was the sole survivor. The ABC reports he was discharged from a Brisbane hospital on Friday.

The family of the two brothers said they are co-operating with a police investigation.

"It's not yet certain what was present in the liquor the four consumed on the Saturday afternoon,'' family friend John Arlidge told the ABC.
