Police in Pakistan say a polio worker has been shot dead by two gunmen in the north-western province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Two other hospital personnel were wounded when the gunmen stormed a vaccination centre on the outskirts of the city of Peshawar.
It's not known who carried out the attack, but the Taliban has targeted anti-polio campaigns, saying they are a cover for spying and a plot to sterilise Muslim children.
