Two inmates escaped from a prison in Western Australia during Tropical Cyclone Christine.
Police say the pair escaped from the Roebourne regional prison in Pilbara sometime on Monday night during the category three storm.
The Department of Corrective Services said the prison was on red alert at the time.
They were re-captured by Karratha police 40km away.
The ABC reports security is being reviewed at the prison.
