The federal government in Australia is expected to next week approve a second airport for Sydney's at Badgerys Creek in the west of the city.
Federal cabinet is set to sign off on the project and more than $A200 million worth of transport links next week, The Daily Telegraph reported.
AAP reports a cabinet minute prepared by Infrastructure Minister Warren Truss is believed to have not put a final price tag on the project, which could cost $A2.3 billion.
