New Zealand's Scott Dixon has won the Firestone Indy 200 race in Tennessee for the third year in a row.
Dixon was running second when it started raining.
While most of the drivers made a quick pit stop while the yellow flag was out, Dixon stayed out, gambling on the rain becoming heavier and the race being abandoned, which it eventually was.
The win extended Dixon's lead in the Indy Car series.
