Leaders of a street campaign against the government in Thailand have postponed a march against the police.
Last week, two people were killed and 400 injured during a demonstration outside parliament on Tuesday, 7 October.
People's Alliance for Democracy head Sondi Limthongkul said on Sunday a demonstration at national police headquarters would now be on Wednesday, not Monday.
PAD claims excessive police force was used against the demonstrators.
Also in Bangkok on Sunday: Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat, brother-in-law of ousted leader Thaksin Shinawatra, told a news conference he would not resign or call a snap election.
He said neither move would resolve Thailand's fundamental problems.
