In the United States, the Pentagon has issued a previously secret list naming 645 detainees at the Bagram detention centre in Afghanistan.
The list has been published in response to a Freedom of Information lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union.
US officials previously refused to publish the list.
The BBC reports the names are those held at Bagram in September 2009, when the lawsuit was filed.
President Barack Obama's administration is appealing against the decision.
