A French judge has issued an arrest warrant for American cyclist Floyd Landis, who is suspected on hacking into an anti-doping laboratory computer.
The head of the French anti-doping agency says the judge believes Landis, who was stipped of the 2006 Tour de France after he failed a dope test, wanted to prove the lab where his samples were tested was
wrong.
Landis denies the charges.
The warrant only applies to French territory.
