The World Health Organisation is to decide next week to decide whether the swine flu pandemic has peaked.
The UN agency has recommended the H1N1 strain be included in vaccines for the next northern hemisphere flu season.
But WHO's top flu expert Keiji Fukuda says that recommendation does not mean the H1N1 pandemic, which was declared last June, is over.
