United States President Barack Obama's landmark healthcare reform legislation has passed its final Congress vote.
The House of Representatives backed amendments by 220 votes to 207, a vote made necessary by several Republican objections in the Senate.
During an all-night voting session, two points relating to student loans were found to violate Senate procedure.
