Police in the Indian state of West Bengal are investigating a suspected case of human sacrifice.
The body of a man thought to be about 30 has been discovered in a village temple, naked and beheaded, with flowers and incense sticks scattered around him.
The BBC reports police as saying that it's possible the man was sacrificed in an attempt to gain spiritual power.
Two people are being questioned.
