Cellphone users in Britain can keep powered up during the summer music festival season thanks to the launch of gumboots that can recharge a handset.
The hi-tech boots convert heat created by the feet into an electrical current using a unique power-generating sole.
Technology company Orange will showcase the gumboots, known as wellies in Britain, at this month's Glastonbury Festival.
Twelve hours of stomping through the event, which is spread over several fields, will produce enough power keep a cellphone going for one hour.
