Interior Minister Rehman Malik of Pakistan says both Afghanistan and NATO need to do more to prevent Taliban fighters crossing the border into Pakistan.

Mr Malik says he blames Afghan fighters for an attack on Friday in north-west Pakistan, in which killed more than 100 people were killed. It was the most deadly this year.

Mr Malik also said he rejected a widely-held belief that fighters are crossing freely in the other direction to fight NATO coalition troops in Afghanistan.
