The Australian government is rallying behind Prime Minister Julia Gillard after leaks suggesting that she argued against some of its key policies.
Channel Nine reported on Tuesday that she lobbied against the Labor Party's parental leave scheme and that she had reservations about the size an increase in pensions.
Ms Gillard said she will not respond to the claims and accused the Liberal Party of being behind the accusations.
Channel Nine says the information came from a Labor source.
The ABC reports former prime minister Kevin Rudd denies speculation he was the source of the leak.
A statement from Mr Rudd's office said he would never comment on Cabinet discussions.
